Users are granted access to Veutel platforms, applications, APIs, and digital services strictly for lawful commercial and operational purposes.

Any activity that compromises platform security, operational stability, service integrity, or intellectual property rights shall be considered a violation of usage terms.

Restricted Activities Include:

  • Unauthorized access or attempted intrusion
  • Reverse engineering or source code extraction
  • Duplication or redistribution of software components
  • Transmission of malicious code or harmful data
  • Unauthorized API manipulation or automation abuse
  • Misuse of compliance or invoicing frameworks

Customer Operational Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy, legality, integrity, and regulatory validity of all data submitted, processed, or exchanged through Veutel platforms.

Organizations utilizing compliance-driven solutions, including e-invoicing services, are solely responsible for ensuring alignment with local tax, financial, and statutory obligations applicable within their operating jurisdictions.

Customers Shall:

  • Maintain proper internal authorization controls
  • Protect system credentials and access rights
  • Ensure secure usage of connected infrastructure
  • Cooperate during technical investigations or audits where necessary

Data Security & Confidentiality

Veutel implements commercially recognized security controls, access governance mechanisms, and operational safeguards to protect customer information and transactional data.

All confidential business information exchanged during service delivery shall be treated with strict confidentiality and used solely for authorized operational purposes.

Security Measures May Include:

  • Encrypted data transmission
  • Controlled access management
  • Infrastructure monitoring
  • Secure API communication
  • Backup and disaster recovery procedures

Intellectual Property Rights

All platforms, frameworks, APIs, applications, source codes, designs, workflows, documents, methodologies, and digital assets developed or provided by Veutel remain the exclusive intellectual property of the company unless otherwise contractually agreed.

No ownership rights are transferred through service usage, subscriptions, or implementation engagements.

Service Availability & Operational Continuity

Veutel is committed to maintaining high levels of service availability, platform performance, and operational continuity.

However, temporary interruptions may occur due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Security enhancements
  • Infrastructure upgrades
  • Third-party service dependencies
  • Force majeure or unforeseen technical events

The company reserves the right to modify service features, system architecture, or operational frameworks in order to improve performance, scalability, security, or regulatory alignment.

Limitation of Liability

Veutel shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business interruption-related damages arising from:

  • External system failures
  • Third-party infrastructure disruptions
  • Customer-side operational misconfigurations
  • Regulatory changes beyond operational control
  • Unauthorized user activities

The overall liability of Veutel shall remain limited to the scope defined within applicable contractual agreements.

Suspension & Termination Rights

Veutel reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to services in cases involving:

  • Breach of contractual obligations
  • Security threats or malicious activities
  • Non-compliance with licensing terms
  • Unauthorized commercial usage
  • Regulatory or legal enforcement requirements
