Software License Policy
This Software License Policy defines how Veutel software platforms, APIs and digital solutions may be accessed and used under your commercial agreement, along with the obligations that keep your license valid.
License Grant
Veutel grants customers a limited, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to access and use subscribed software platforms, APIs, and digital solutions strictly in accordance with agreed commercial terms and operational scope.
Scope of Licensed Usage
Licensed solutions are intended solely for internal business operations and authorized organizational use unless explicitly defined otherwise through formal agreements.
License Scope May Include:
- User-based access licensing
- Transaction-based usage models
- API consumption limits
- Multi-branch or multi-entity deployment
- Cloud-hosted or hybrid infrastructure access

Usage Restrictions
Customers shall not:
- Replicate or redistribute software components

- Attempt unauthorized integrations
- Remove ownership or copyright identifiers
- Circumvent licensing or security controls
Any unauthorized usage shall constitute a material violation of licensing terms.
Subscription & Commercial Validity
Access to licensed solutions remains subject to active subscription status, implementation agreements, maintenance contracts, or applicable commercial arrangements.
Failure to maintain commercial validity may result in:

- Operational limitations
Product Enhancements & Updates
Veutel may periodically introduce:
- Platform upgrades

- Performance optimizations
Such updates may be deployed automatically or through scheduled implementation cycles depending on the service environment.
Compliance Verification
Veutel reserves the right to review platform usage and operational deployment in order to verify compliance with applicable licensing models, transaction limits, and contractual obligations.
Third-Party Technologies
Certain services may incorporate third-party infrastructure, frameworks, APIs, or integrated technologies subject to separate licensing or vendor-specific terms.
Customers utilizing such integrations agree to comply with all applicable third-party operational requirements.
